Cuppa 14-Day Return Policy

At Cuppa, we want you to love every sip. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at cuppa@thecafebox.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved:
• A full refund (excluding original delivery charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cuppa@thecafebox.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it as per the instructions above and place a new order.
